  • Various functional transformation programs in supply chain, property development, digital and technology, and legal operations, leveraging scale to create value, team capability to improve operational and financial outcomes, and designing future-focused strategies to create competitive advantage, including:

    • designing a future-focused digital and technology strategy to create competitive advantage through data science, stable and secure digital platforms, and operational technology;

    • refocusing a AU$1.5B p.a. supply chain function, leveraging scale to create value and unlocking the global team’s capability to improve operational and financial outcomes;

    • uplifting an ICT function by refocusing the team on customer experience, cybersecurity, and system stability;

    • leading a global procurement function to generate procurement and working capital savings >$400M with improved delivery, operational, and ESG results including increased first nations and local spending; and

    • managing a portfolio of 19 office and operational properties, including workplace strategy and refurbishments and associated cultural and change management.

  • Providing pragmatic commercial advice on business opportunities and market entry, risk management and mitigation, and good governance.

  • Leading executive trade delegations in Japan, China, Mongolia, Indonesia, and USA, and hosting visiting delegations in Australia, with cultural and commercial sensitivity.

  • Leading Business improvement projects including:

    • assessing current state enterprise and process architecture;

    • identifying and implementing operational efficiencies and safety improvements;

    • designing human-centric processes and models; and

    • process consolidation and optimisation leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other emerging technologies.
